Returns query for Test Cases of this Test Run that are not yet executed.

Create a filter for not executed Test Cases depending on the Test Run's strategy defined by the TestRunFields.selectTestCasesBy() field.

Creates query that can be used to filter the Test Cases Document for not executed Test Cases.
